I believe the medical care is excellent! There's always several patients there on the days of my appointment.However, the Customer Service leaves a lot to be desired. They are never rude, but the welcome, the initial assessment by the nurse, and the forced small talk by the nurse practitioner or PA(Not sure which one because she didn't introduce herself), are very cold and insincere. The PA was especially annoying. Her tone of voice, her back turned to me when she spoke, and other mannerisms led me to believe she was speaking out of Expediency, and not genuine concern. Her bedside manner needs a lot of work!When Dr. Schimmel came in, he listened to my heart, exchanged a few words with the nurse practitioner, and was out!

My visit was AWFUL! And a BEWARE to any Vets that are referred from VA. This location WILL Stack services $$ that aren't for your care & needs. I had to wait 3hrs to be seen at my 1st VISIT! You will NOT get anyone at front desk if you call & need to speak with this location. Billing Desk, clerk RUDE NASTY & highly Conforntational at 1st. when asking for your credentials. Later to do her job very well in assisting after her notice of physical disability. I want to say to Dr. Katib you profiled Me and you know it and that this review was following. The reasons for the fist pump at the end right Dr. Katib & your concerns when you saw me walking in the parking lot. Leaving the office the same time as you? I awaited 3hrs for you ignore me while speaking to you as a New Patient during your examination, "while you spoke your Native tongues" with your Female PA. intentionally ignoring Me as the patient explaining why I was referred from the VA outpatient care. When your unprofessionalism show of stonewalling was countered with me preparing to leave . "With much Harshness You asked was I listening to you!" NO Dr.Katib wrong temporment, I DO NOT. When I feel I'm being blatantly discarded, disrespected & profiled by a licensed M.D. or Physician. 97% of the awaited patients I observed in this practice were minority and elders. Please regulate perspective patients not a people. I understood the words & you spoke to Me..I SAW YOU! HOWEVER your female PA & intake NURSE Truly deserves a round of applause & 5 THEY Actually listened to me NOT YOU as the M.D. or future Treating Physician. No thanks I will definitely PASS! Your staff had to come out and cover for you explaining the extended wait times as well, everyone was falling asleep awaiting to be seen!

Dr. Thielmann was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. Very quickly gained my trust and I am confident in his care. Can recommend.

So my visit was some what of an emergency however my new doctor has an amazing bed side manner I was treated like family and that means the most too me pretty scary situation I am in however I feel like I will be taken care of, so I Thank the entire office for treating me so kind.

Daniel was very thorough and after checking my vitals, he explained all my options to my satisfaction.
