This office is not reliable. No courtesy call the week of my appointment or confirmation call the day before my appointment.
This appointment was made well over a month ago. Unfortunately I was given an incorrect address. I called their office to get the information straightened out and was then given permission to still have my appointment within 15 minutes arrival from the original appointment time. I was only two minutes out and I decided to give their office a call to let them know I would be pulling into their parking lot within 2 minutes and that's when the receptions sprained up that their office was closing early to attend a funeral and that two minutes later would make it completely impossible to keep my appointment. ?.?.?.?.?.? Sighhh. This office could have made the better decision to call their patients well in advance days before they decided to close the office, then apologize for the inconvenience and offer to reschedule.. The situation was very upsetting and was inconsiderate to the patient.

I had a great experience here. From the moment I called to make an appointment until I left after reviewing my stress test with Dr. Ghandi, I felt like they took good care of me. Angela, who actually managed the stress test, was fantastic. She has a great bedside manner, as does Dr. Ghandi. I highly recommend this office!

Even though I have an Affordable Care Act approved alternative health care program (CHM) and was referred because I had an abnormal EKG with vague chest pains and numbness in my legs from my primary provider, I was rejected care by this doctor because I was technically a Self Pay patient. No question as to my ability to pay. No concern with my issues. Compassionate care? I think not. I wouldn't have given one star except I couldn't post without it.
