Dr. Neil Sanghvi

Nice office space. The office girl was not friendly at all just business like which I guess is sufficient. But it would earn a higher rating if she greeted me or smiled. The office was quiet and clean. The doctor also just came in and sat down and started at the computer without greeting me or telling me his name. I had to ask "are you Dr Sanghvi?" Which he replied "oh yes, I guess I should have introduced myself." He was polite and answered my questions. The most I could rate this office is 3 stars. They definitely don't go out of the way to be personable. All the staff seemed to avoid eye contact and no one seemed happy or smiling.

I visited Dr Shaghvi for the first time May 24th for heart palpitations. He was very knowledgeable and considerate. He wanted me to wear an extended holter heart monitor for one week and I did. Also he ordered a CT heart calcium score test which I did on June 7th. I could not get an appointment with him for the results for six weeks and to top that off, they make it very difficult to get through to them on the phone. I tried to call several times because I could not get into their patient portal and I wanted to see if any notes were written because my appointment to review the results would not be for six weeks. When they finally answered the phone, the person gave me the absolute wrong information to get onto the portal and I wasted so much time either trying to get into the portal and trying to get someone to answer the phone at the office again! Now it's July 19th and I arrive 45 minutes before my appointment and the receptionist tells me I'm early and if anyone who has an appointment prior to my scheduled time, they would go in before me. I said to her, so if my appointment is at 11:30 and I arrive at 11:15 and someone comes in at 11:10 are you telling me that person would not go before me? What nerve! Without me patronizing this office that receptionist would not have a job. Lastly, I finally was given the correct information to sign into their portal and there isn't a word from Dr. SANGHVI about my visit even as I write this review seven days later!

Office staff is friendly, and quickly checked me in. Dr Sanghvi reviewd all my records, listened to my heart, and answered all my questions.

Knowledgeable, straightforward and to the point person. Getting a hold of him or my cardiologist through their various offices and assistants is nearly impossible. After my heart procedure I had a set back that took 2 trips to 2 different ERs within 24 hours. They found I had blood clots and still couldn't get assistance from their front office or even a returned call after 10+ phone calls and messages.

Dr Sanghvi is a wonderful physician. I've been his patient since 2019. He listens to what you have to say and answers all your questions honestly. I never feel rushed at an appointment. He takes his time explaining and makes sure you understand. I highly recommend this practice.
