The facility was clean, organized and welcoming. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. And the technician that performed my procedure was outstanding!! She was friendly, and explained not only how the process was going to go, but let me know everything that was going on during the course of the procedure. I would highly recommend.

John and Chris were excellent and professional. We felt as if we were guests at a hotel bringing us coffee x3. So glad the hospital upgraded their coffee--this was so good. Everyone at the center made us feel comfortable. High marks for everyone at the center who were so helpful and for making us feel comfortable.

Excellent, great service provided to my care. Great cardiac test staffs provided my care. Excellent overall service. Staffs were kind and understanding. Friendly yet professional. I'm grateful for all the time and effort given to me during my tests. My stress test nurse and her PCT delivered excellent service. I was pleased and satisfied and my echocardiogram tech was gentle and patient as well. BMC South and BMC downtown cardiactesting facilities, BMC Heart Center downtown pavillion are wonderful and a great place to have successful care.

It was my first time having a male nurse perform an ultrasound on my heart, and he went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and in a safe space before starting. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care truly impressed me, and I left feeling completely at ease and grateful for the experience.

As with other Baptist facilities for outpatient testing and visits, the thing I appreciate most is that they are on time with your appointments. I've been successfully treated for cancer at MD Anderson for the past 2 years. At EVERY appointment I've had, I was seen at the appointment time - no waiting for 30 minutes to see your practitioner. I've had the same experience at Baptist South recently when I had a couple of tests scheduled. I had a 9am appointment, and that's when I was seen! We've come to expect long wait times to be seen by practitioners, but at every appointment I've had I've been seen at my appointment time.
