It was a little busier than normal. But the nurses and doctors were professional, courteous, kind and took their time when they were in the room. They didn't rush you and they were very apologetic, even though they didn't have to be. Dr. Sasseen has taken good care of me and I am greatly appreciative of him and his staff.
Office staff was very friendly and helpful. The wait time was minimal (less than 10 mins I was in the room) and the Dr was nice and answered all questions he could. He was quick and thorough.
