Review for Baptist South Outpatient Services I had a colonoscopy today at Baptist South Outpatient Services, and the entire experience was excellent. The staff was professional, compassionate, and very organized from check-in to discharge. The nurses made me feel comfortable and well cared for, and the doctor took time to explain everything clearly before and after the procedure. The facility was clean, efficient, and calming, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Baptist South Outpatient Services for anyone needing an outpatient procedure.

This was genuinely the easiest and most pain-free trip to a lab I've ever taken! I walked in about an hour after open on a Friday and only waited about 10 minutes to be seen. The staff were very helpful and quick getting checked in. At other labs, when getting blood drawn, I get tossed between phlebotomists and stuck a handful of times before they're successful. However, here, the nurse quickly found a good spot and the whole process was over in an instant. I'm never going anywhere else for bloodwork!

I just would like to say thank you and share my experience with people regarding Baptist South. I had gallbladder surgery on 10/24 and the entire process from consultation with North FL Surgeons to Preadmission to Admission, surgery, and recovery was outstanding. The Baptist South team was very nice, helpful and understanding. Each and every person along the process made me feel like they truly cared about my surgery and my health. The OR team and Recovery team were absolutely outstanding! They were all super friendly, hospitable, and compassionate about my care. Everything went so smoothly. I cannot thank them all enough and if I should ever need another surgery, Baptist South would be my choice again. Thank you Dr. Piperno, Dr. Blum, your respective teams, Nurse Tuesday, PACE team, you all rock! Lastly I want to offer a very special 'thank you' to the recovery nurse who sat by my side immediately after surgery. I didn't catch her name but she literally kept me awake and alive during pain management. She is an absolute rock star! I could not have asked for a better care experience from a better team. Truly humbled. Thank you for doing amazing work Baptist South!

The front desk staff were very helpful in directing me to the self check-in kiosk. I was called back almost immediately, and the entire facility was clean and well-maintained. The lab tech who drew my blood was gentle, accurate, and kind. Everyone in the office was pleasant and professional. I was in and out in no time at all! Overall, it was a great experience!

For a hospital it has a friendly and visually pleasing layout and nice amenities. Comfy chairs in the seating areas. Thankfully I was only there for an MRI. The staff was professional and friendly. The visitor parking garage has several levels, and elevators, and is convenient to medical buildings 1 and 2 and the hospital. There's also a shuttle van.
