We were more than a month in the hospital, 13 days in maternity and 19 in NICU with my twins, our experience has been more than great, from the maternity nurses, the doctors and all the NICU staff, thanking them is little for everything they did for us. Especially to Heather Dudley, Dr. Patrick, Dr. Schwartz, Dr. Colleman, Dr. Desalvo for bringing forward our beloved twins and all the nurses who with all patience and dedication took care of our children and taught us many things that we did not know for being parents for the first time, Harmony, Joanne, Nicole, Anna, Hannah, Jhouane, Ashantee, Patty, Esther, Kathy, Melissa, Amanda, Gaby, also to the rehabilitation staff and counselor Jessica for always encouraging us and visiting us to talk to us, To the breastfeeding staff: thank you for teaching me how to feed my little ones, they do a wonderful job and the treatment is very kind and affectionate. Maybe we do not remember all the names because they are many but again THANK YOU all. We could not have chosen a better hospital to live the experience of the birth of our children despite the difficulties, Merry Christmas and we hope to see you on a next visit.
More than a review it is a huge thank you, sincerely Abraham, Ginyer, Sienna and Ezio

I went to the ER twice within less than 10 days.
12/7/25 & 12/16/25.
On 12)7/25
the person at the registration desk gave me really hard time.
Not a people person at all.
Somehow I was taken to a room & I got treated for the severe pain caused by kidney stones.
In the mean time someone came to verify my info.
But almost all the info in the system were not updated such as phone number, address ..
When I informed that she said she would take care of it. She had written down my new info in a piece of paper. She also mentioned that I should have given a tablet & I was supposed to update them by myself. But nothing like that happened.
When I got discharged, I asked the person who was sitting in a tiny little room nearby to check whether my information is updated or not.
Guess what? still they have my old info in the system
I asked that person to update my info & refuse to leave till they show me proof
She did it finally.
But throughout my involvement with her she gave me a bad attitude too.
But the nursing staff & radiology personnel were amazing in both of my visits.

While my labor and delivery experience was far from ideal, the nurses and lactation consultants make this hospital really stand out. The nurses were so helpful with our newborn and provided the best care and support possible.
I can't say enough positive things about the lactation support this hospital provides - without them I would have never been able to provide my baby breastmilk. Kayla and Kim are two amazing LC's who have personally saved my breastfeeding journey and I couldn't be more thankful.

The labor and delivery staff was amazing at St.Vincent's! Between nurse Emily, Jules, and SK I felt heard throughout my whole laboring process by them. They ensured I was comfortable and understood exactly what was going on and what they were doing at each step. The labor and delivery suites were extremely clean and spacious.
After delivery, the transition was quick and not explained at all until I was told I was moving rooms. The postpartum rooms were definitely a shock compared to the labor rooms - rooms definitely need some updating. The postpartum nurses Pam and Bethany were amazing. Helped answer any and all questions I had and made me feel very comfortable as a first time mom.
