The Dr. Ozza team were extremely detailed with the process and procedures leading up to the surgery. We drove to the hospital from Middleburg depending upon our GPS. The directions from staff as to where to turn into the hospital, the P3 Parking Garage, and a directive to park in the designated 'heart' parking spaces were the icing on the cake to the start of what turned out to be a positive experience. The receptionist at the desk in the waiting room was so nice and professional to all who checked in. The nursing staff preparing my husband for the procedure was extremely helpful, attentive, and friendly. This is also true of the staff assined to the recovery area. The phone consult the following morning was helpful and encouraging based on my husband's condition the next morning. I appreciate Dr. Ozza's skill as a surgeon and the manner in which he leads his team. Thank you all.

Great experience from signing in to leaving.. easy parking, right outside the door. Lot's of parking easy walk-in . Greeted by friendly, professional staff and best of all I was taken about five minutes early. The only issue I encountered was checkout admin establishing a linkage with the "sister" hospital nearby my home. I established the linkage and required test is scheduled

It took me a while to put some words together, but I still fall short. You guys are the best. I have never been so cared for in my life. EVERYONE (even though I tried to memorize your names, my brain could not store all of them. Everyone was so wonderful with me, I don't want to miss anyone any names). My brother stayed with me and he was amazed at how well I was taken cared of. Doctors, nurses, assistants, even the cleaning crew!!!! You guys are the best!!!!!!!!!! I love you!
