I was dismissed because my three tests came back normal and was cold to "go home, exercise and enjoy your summer." When I tried to ask questions I was dismissed and treated like I'm dumb. He refused to do further testing. If they do not take my review seriously I will be filing a formal complaint.

I am a new patient here, having only had an initial evaluation, and now a nuclear stress test today. I am very pleased with the experience I have had thus far. I was very surprised at the outgoing and pleasant demeanor of the doc himself, and I had a very nice doc-in-training do the initial eval under his tuteledge. They were funny and understanding of the concerns that brought me in for an evaluation. Today's visit for the stress test was as efficient as it gets. The gals at the front desk were welcoming and quick to help me with a reschedule - it was a great check-in experience. My wait to get rolling for the test was very minimal. The stress test is a long process with a lot of waiting, and I noticed they were efficient with every patient who checked in. Nobody was left waiting very long at all. I was ultimately helped by Beatrice and Charlie, who are the bomb! They are both friendly and relatable, with good senses of humor and taste in music. They made the test as easy as possible and were rather encouraging as I dragged my fat butt on the treadmill. They answered all the questions I had and were a wealth of knowledge of the process and expectations moving through the steps. At this point, I am very happy with the service I've received, and I look forward to the next steps to ensure my heart health is the beat it can be. I am glad they are the Provider that will help me get thers.
