Seems like a nice guy, but I cant really recommend. I have went and complained about my heart and he keeps dismissing me. Now my pvcs have turned into afib and he has consistently told me not to worry about my heart and to "live with it". I have high burden pvcs and he seemed frustrated when the medicine didn't work for me. Dr's need to take patients seriously instead of dismissing stuff and causing the patient to get worse. I have walked around for years with a feeling that I'm being punched in the chest and heart will never relax, I can't get him to do anything about it. Quality of life is down to 0 with no help.

WOW, WOW, WOW, I found one of the last straight shooters in the medical field. I went to Dr. Spiller for surgical cardiac clearance after my EKG was slightly irregular. I was able to easily and quickly make an appointment. My appointment was within days, not weeks like others I called. I spent very little time in the waiting room. I spent even less time waiting once I was in the patient room before seeing Dr. Spiller. I truly expected him to come in and say that he needed to run a battery of tests before he could clear me. That was not the case at all. He walked in to the room, introduced himself, told me he had reviewed the EKG I had previously done and had provided to the office. He explained in detail the findings and cleared me right away. No nonsense, no stress, no unnecessary battery of tests. As an RN, I cannot explain to you what a breath of fresh air this appointment, the amazing staff and Dr Spiller were. Thank you Dr. Spiller. I am grateful God put you in my path.

Very competent, caring, knowledgeable cardiologist who connects well with patients, taking the time necessary to fully address all problems and questions.
