I have to say that Yadira Pupo, the Nurse Practician did a phenomenal job trying to get my insurance to approve the life vest needed it to leave the Hospital, the insurance denied the claim, therefore she had to initiate an appeal and have a peer to peer call with the insurance medical team, thankfully after many attempts on her part, she was able to make this happen and get the life vest approve. She was extremely patient and went out of her way to make this was possible. In addition she kindly was able to also provide my medical records, reports and all documentation required for my work Leave of Absent, many doctor's office give patients a hard time when it comes to filling out these forms, but i must say that I am thankful for her that assisted me with this matter. I am very satisfied with her services, during my stay in the Hospital and after.
