Victor Pazos MD PA

I have been Dr.Pazos patient since 2012 when I was first diagnosed with Lupus. In 2014 I had a heart attack which left me with a weak heart and hardly able to walk because I was breathless all the time. Thanks to Dr. Pazos excellent medical attention today I'm able to walk for 30min and this for me in my condition is a lot. If you are looking for a Dr. who will give you his full attention and not rush because he has to get to other patients then this is the Cardiologist you are looking for. I am truly blessed to have the care of Dr. Pazos and his friendly staff I highly recommend him.

This one star is for the office front desk, not for attending doctor. Excellent doctor and human being. However, the office staff is so unprofessional. Front desk lady and one man who apparently make calls to "cancel" appointments lie patients. In my experience the gentleman called to cancel an streess test because the "technician won't be at the office the day of your appointment." But, surprise, we went to the office to do another test and they were doing the stress test (the same day we were told that no tech will be available). According to front desk lady, the reason for cancelling was "because they don't have enough medicine to administer the test." Another nonsense explanation. After doing all the arrangements at work to go to the test, they tried to cancel without any real reason or remorse. They shouldn't be working with patient. Why do they lie, office manager, doctors, or who sent them to lie? If you can go to another place, please do not hesitate to do it.

He is a great doctor but the center is not apt to make appointments with respect to the patients time. If you have a 12:00 pm appointment, you wait 3 hours to get seen. I think they need to make more effort to schedule appointments with reasonable wait times. I know that Hialeah is a packed place but they shouldn't make 12 appointments at the same time. It seems like they are abusing of the medical system.

Was introduced to Dr.Pazos when my dad had his 1st heart attack. Dr.Pazos has since then been in charge of my families heart health. He is in cardiology because he cares. He doesn't like to sugar coat the truth but is sympathetic and in tuned with his patients. In the past, we have had to wait to see him, but when we are the ones sitting with him, he will answer ALL questions and concerns. If he is late, it is due to patient care and or emergency and is apologetic. This is what you want in a Dr. if you or your love one has the emergency. He is worth the wait.

The medical attention and patient care that I received from Dr. Pazos and his staff were truly excellent. I highly recommend Dr. Pazos to anyone in search of an amazing cardiologist. He is caring, knowledgeable, well trained, and really listens to your concerns. Thank you, Dr. Pazos!
