Calling this doctor's office is like having cancer -- it takes them three hours to answer, they treat you badly, and they even used rude language with me. The staff is inefficient, disrespectful, and it truly feels like mistreatment. I was treated just as poorly in both English and Spanish. I can't understand the level of bad manners shown by the receptionist and customer service staff. Their personnel are just terrible.
