They book too many people for the same times so by the time you arrive for your appointment you have to wait hours because they've scheduled several people at the same time as you.

Dr.Jaime Sanchez is a wonderful physician. He greets you with a great smile, listens attentively to your complains, performs a complete physical exam, explains your condition, test results, and medications thoroughly, gives you time to ask questions, and gives a clear answer . He also has a great staff, very kind and efficient. I am very happy to have him as my doctor. God bless him and his staff!

I'm changing my rate because when I needed him the most, there was no way to get in contact with him or the office. I've left a lot of messages, that were never answered. Although he is very nice and probably knowledgeable, I noticed that he would put you on newer medication, disregarding the medication I was taking for years even if they were working fine. With the newer ones, I started having all kind of side effects that I was never able to discuss, because nobody picks up the phone. The mail box is always full and there's no way to schedule a visit. The staff is constantly asking for referrals even if they have more than 4 in their system.

I had my first appt with Dr Jaime Sanchez, I always heard really good things about him . He's an amazing Dr. He answered all my questions took his time . I was happy I really recommend him. His staff was very nice and polite.

Dr. Sanchez was very professional explain all my concerns, it was my first time in his office and made me feel like I had been in his office many times, excellent doctor I recommend him 100%.
