Excellent doctor and human being. I had the pleasure of working with him for many years and was able to witness how much the patients love him and how much he cares for them. His patients see in him not only a doctor but a friend and many of them are extremely grateful for Dr Sastre's early detection of a serious disease.

The most terrible routine visit of my entire life. 3 hours+ for a 5 minute consult, and can't get my lab results without coming back in. Hung up on me over and over and won't even fax my labs over to another doctor for me. No patient portal online and the Hialeah office is stuck in the stone age. This is a money $$$ making mill that gives no attention to the patient and no one there knows how to run the office. It's a joke, and a doctor visit should be performed with dignity and due diligence. They are NOT professional. Bad experience and avoid like the plague. Dirty environment too.
