Finding a primary care provider in Miami is HARD, there are good doctors, but they're spread out & usually booked out for months. I am LUCKY to have found Dr. Bignoli, I'm so used to my concerns or questions being dismissed by doctors under "you're fine" or them knowing better/ being busy. Dr. Bignoli understood me with few words, got me baselines for my hormone levels and her efforts made me feel safe and gave me a vote of confidence in looking after myself:) thank you!
First time visiting Dr and staff at this location. Everything was smooth and didn't wait much to be seen. Building is new and staff all seem to be very much aware of what is going on. Dr bignoli was very attentive and inquired about how I was feeling and my concerns.
Dr. Bignoli is nothing short of Amazing! I received a last minute appointment with Dr. Bignoli, she was attentive to my concerns and worked quickly to find a resolution, including getting me an emergency appointment with a specialist to address the concerns! She also called me to follow up to make sure all is well! She is truly Heaven sent! Dr. Bignoli and Dr Manuel Gonzalez are truly both assets to the Mount Sinai Medical Team!
