The front desk staff are very rude (only like 1-2 out of the 5 are nice). You arrive on time for your appointment and they have you wait for about an hour to even get attending. They let other people in before you without appointment because they know them. Very unprofessional, the Dr. Yadira is wonderful tho. She is very sweet and helpful with anything you might be experiencing. They should really change their front desk staff.

To answer the phone is problem they take so long but the people the front they so kind the nurse the best nurse the doctor he so caring Dr.Ruiz he listen kind make you feel he worry has been years I haven't see doctor like him and manager for the clinic only have worlds to make me feel welcome I think I bless thank you God

This is my first time at the clinic and all the staff were just amazing. They are really polite and professional. Really recommend them. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and kind and they always smile.

This place is super unprofessional. My husband had some tests and it's been almost three weeks and they haven't gotten the results. They have given him three phone appointments to read the results but they never call him and say that my husband's phone goes off and it is a lie. We went in person and we couldn't look up the results either. Furthermore, the person who served us at the front desk had an unprofessional attitude, eating while serving us and not wanting to give us correct information. I'm never coming back to this place again!

Super friendly, Nancy (front desk) is very patient and is super kind, she is the receptionist for Dr. Ruiz. She makes sure that all the information is understood and that you have all the tools you need for your next visit or for your referral.
