Check in was easy. It was handled well by the receptionist inputing data into the pad. That's much better than having the unfamiliar patient deal with it. Dr. Koons while very knowledgeable, did not spend adequate time with the patient, and ran out before all issues were dealt with adequately. My rating reflects my dealings with Dr. Koons. My rating of the receptionist and the excellent nurse would be 5.
Dr. Koons is kind, patient and thorough! Brought up issues that now need to be handled. Assistance Dr Issac great personality, felt comfortable and will be a great cardiologist. Megan who plans on going into medicine is a living doll. The ladies when checking out ended the appointment with smiles!
He is not a forward thinking doctor, he's curt He's rude. He rushes you through the appointment. He's impatient and really can't be trusted because of his demeanor. He's a worst doctor, one of the worst I've ever encountered
Very pleasant appointment. Doctor was helpful with helping me also find ears to mark heart issues on my iPhone too. Everyone was very pleasant and kind.
Very friendly staff. I arrived early and was seen early. Dr was friendly and informative...I didn't feel rushed
