Went to the WW immediate care one week ago and was referred to the cardiologist for a wearable device and more in depth exam. After a week of waiting i finally called. The girl that answered their phone told me that yes they had the referral, offered no apology for their zero follow up and told me the next appointment would be mid April. I asked to be put on a call list and she said i could be seen at the end of March. I asked her to schedule that appointment AND put my name on the list to call and she suggested that back to me as if i hadn't just asked her to do that. I know a woman that died waiting to be seen. So, if i make it to the appointment, I'll amend my review but so far this is, at best, a one star experience.
