I see a lot of low reviews because of the wait. They told me the day I called to make my husbands first appointment that there will be a wait. The things I heard about the doctor, I was willing to to have a wait to see him. He was the kindest, must gracious doctor and answered any questions I had and took everything seriously that we were concerned about. Immediately sent him for a stress test and have an echo still to do. The beside manner coupled with the knowledge he has, I would say that's worth any amount of wait time. You want the best, you may have to take a long wait time with it. I had a question this morning about his meds. I called around 8:45 and had a call back by 9:15. The ladies in the front are so kind and helpful. If you get in here, take it as a blessing.

Way overbooked everytime I have to come here. The entire waiting room is packed, not a single seat available. The main corridor inside the office building also has no seats available as those are taken up from other overbooked patients. Come in for a stress test and the stress begins as soon as you open the door.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. While the doctor is okay, we have had to wait over an hour past our appointment time. This is unacceptable when you are going to a heart doctor or any doctor for that matter. We called the office three days ago and are still waiting for an answer regarding meds. Went to the office and still didn't receive any help. Poor customer service!

Like others have mentioned, the small waiting room is packed with patients with long waits. I scheduled myself for a routine checkup as it was 5 years since my last visit. Last time I was there I sat for over 3 hours to be seen. I arrive 15 minutes before my appointment to check in as they requested. Then I tried to find a seat in the packed waiting room. While I'm waiting, I noticed how they were running patients. They would call them back so they can do an initial check with weight, medical history, chart, etc. And after a few minutes the patient would return to the sitting area only to find that there are no more seats. As I sat and waited, I watched over a half dozen people repeat this process. I am now almost an hour into my wait for my initial checks that I mentioned before. From the trend I knew I would still be waiting for some time. After my last experience I went up to the front desk and told them I will reschedule. I don't have time to just sit around as I had other things I needed to do. I left the clinic and 10 minutes later I get a phone call from them saying there ready for me to come back for the initial check as they just built up my chart. Apparently, the woman at the front desk failed to inform the nurse that I canceled today's appointment. I told her I would reschedule another time when they weren't so over booked. To recap, by the time I walked in until someone was ready to call me back was over an hour. This doesn't include the time I would have had to spend back in the lobby again waiting to see the doctor. Remember, my last visit was well over 3 hours before I talked to the doctor. I can clearly see things have not changed in the last 5 years. Reading the most recent reviews also confirmed what I experienced. I will say, once you finally do get seen by a doctor things are ok. It's the long waits, over-crowed and under seated waiting rooms that make the visit miserable.

Every appointment is overbooked and the office way too small. Always have long wait times for my appointments but it was the 3rd appointment that upset me the most. I had an 11AM appointment to get my stress test results. I sat in the waiting room for 1 hour and 35 minutes. I was finally called back to a small room where the tech took my blood pressure then left, saying she was going to see if there was an open room. Waited another 20 minutes before she came back. Told me she had a room but I told her I needed to go back to work. She said she would call me with the results but never did. Best I can say is that most of the staff is friendly but the rest of it is a terrible business. Sadly Okaloosa County doesn't have many options for heart and vascular practices.
