Dr Zarate is my mom cardiologist and a good doctor. However, he is always late. On average, the waiting time from the appointment is over 30 minutes! The last check up, we waited 45 minutes.
Dr Zarate is a fine doctor. He's my mom's cardiologist and has helped her so much. I can't say enough about him. On time, caring, listens, he answers all your questions, he's kind, very smart, and he knows what he's doing. He cares about his patients. He gets things done.
