Rashid Ahmad MD

Dr. Ahmad is my mom's primary doctor. I feel he does not care too much for patients with Medicare. My mother legs were swelling and she can barely walk. He didn't even examine her but assumed it was heart related. He then made her wait weeks for an appointment to check her heart. We had to call his office. No one called us. When she got to her appointment she left with the same infuse went in with. They refused to let me go to the back with her stating it's because of COVID. However, I feel that when dealing with seniors someone they trust should be with them to make sure they fully understand the prescribed care plan. I feel he is taken advantage of seniors on Medicare and is not providing them the care they deserve. Needless to say, I switched her doctor. Let's see how this one does.

Called to make appointment, put me on hold for 15 minutes. So, hung up. Called back two more times and left message; no one called back. Called again and left message for Dr's assistant...message says they dont talk to the doctor until in the afternoon...and guess what...no one called again. Do yourself a favor and keep you blood pressure down....Go somewhere else. You'll be healthier in the long run.

Excellent doctor, he knows his profession well, good follow through and good diagnostician. I am a doctor myself and am very critical of other docs. I give him a #10 on a scale of 1-10 Dr Morrow

Need to get a new person on the phone for scheduling because they don't answer.
