Patient
I visited Dr. Rashid's cardiology clinic and frankly, it was one of the worst healthcare experiences I've ever had. From the moment I walked in: Zero bedside manner Dr. Rashid seemed completely detached--no greeting, no eye contact, no attempt to put me at ease. I felt like I was being processed, not treated. I felt a since I'd discrimination. Doesn't listen to patients I tried explaining my symptoms and concerns multiple times, but was constantly interrupted or dismissed. He never asked follow-up questions or clarified anything. I left feeling unheard and brushed aside. Medications without proper labeling He prescribed meds but handed me unlabeled bottles--no dosage instructions, no side effect information, nothing. I had to call the office later just to figure out what I was supposed to take and when. Poor staff support The front desk was rude and unhelpful. When I tried to call with questions, they either dismissed me or gave contradictory information. It was clear that communication and professionalism were lacking across the board. Overall: I came seeking compassionate care and expertise--but got indifference, confusion, and frustration instead. If you're looking for a cardiologist who listens, explains, and treats you with respect, do not go here.
