Dr Rosen is great. His NP Maria terrific. The nurse Candace you get on the phone is terrible. Rude, so sorry to bother you to do your job. Multiple members of my family are patients there, if I have to deal with her, I'll go elsewhere. Seriously, you should look/listen to her on the phone with patients. Less than acceptable.
What good is a cardiologist if they won't address a concern? Due to an unusual fluctuation in my blood pressure, I tried to reach out to Dr Rosen to make him aware of this and if I should be concerned. After two phone messages and two emails I never received a response. Maybe he's just too busy and it time to find a cardiologist that is more responsive.
As a new patient to this practice, I called on a Friday experiencing serious eye pain. They told me Dr. Rosen could see me three days later. I went and they installed a contact lens. So far, so good.
Doctor Rosen is an outstanding professional who was the only doctor to get my cholesterol problem under control after four previous doctors could not. I highly recommend him to all as he is an excellent doctor and person that I trust.
