Dr. Reed is a wonderful cardiologist and is sure to help us understand everything that is being done and going on with our child. The office staff is helpful when I call and welcoming when we arrive. They are polite and courteous. Best experience ever with a Doctor and office staff.
Had to reschedule appointments for my children twice. First time, I had a back injury and couldn't drive. Second time I had to turn around halfway to the appointment because I had severe abdominal issues and was not able to even call in until the next day or a couple days later. The lady I talked to lied and said I would receive a call to reschedule. No one called. When I called in today, Monica insisted I never called and was a no show so they would not see my children. I have proof in my call log where I DID indeed call. Not professional at all.
I had a great experience! Monica and Dr. Reed were great to us! I would definitely recommend them.
