Tried to reach office for refill - on hold 45 minutes - could not reach anyone. Husband about out of heart medication. Humana contacted them March 14, 2022, it's now March 28, Humana called still haven't received prescription. Called answering service to try to get order.
Lack of ethics, does not respect patients. Two and a half hours waited for her attention, she passed us and did not say hello. Very arrogant. I would never recommend it.
