If I could give a thousand stars instead of five, I absolutely would. From the moment I arrived until I was discharged, the care I received was truly outstanding. The entire staff -- doctors, nurses, and support personnel -- showed an exceptional level of professionalism, kindness, and dedication. I felt safe, well cared for, and genuinely listened to throughout the entire process. Everything was clearly explained, and the attention to detail and compassion made a stressful situation much easier. This hospital goes above and beyond expectations. I highly recommend it. Thank you for such excellent care.

Saturday, December 6th went to the ER around 3:30AM with extreme abdominal pain and vomiting. 36 hours later I was able to go home to recover after having my gallbladder removed. From start to finish, everything went so smoothly & efficiently. As I was checking in through the ER, they apologized that their computers were down for maintenance I believe. That did not cause any delay at all. I wish I could remember everyone's name as every single person that interacted with me was truly fantastic! From admittance, the ER staff and doctors, the technicians that did my CT scan and Ultrasound, the various individuals that transported me to tests, surgery & my room, my nurses (Mona, Tatuyana and at least 4 or 5 others. I feel horrible that I can't remember all of their names. Once my pain was under control I dozed off a lot.) The woman who checked me in for surgery, the anesthesiologists and my surgeon Dr. Vance. Thank you one and all!

I am from Massachusetts and have a team of Dr's that I think is top notch in the most updated facilities. With that being said, this ER was not in good shape. But, I was very impressed with all the staff. From the people that checked us in, to the nurse Marla that took my future daughter-in-law right in for an EKG, to the two male nurses that were wonderful, the girl with the braids who drew blood, and two other great nurses, they all were very compassionate and through. They explained so many things and answered my plethora of questions. And finally, Dr Felt! What a professional great Dr. that knew his stuff. He also answered all of our questions and really helped with me trying to eliminate and also pinpoint what could be the problem. In the end, after he reviewed all the test results, he then prescribed a medicine that in one day is already helping. I am so greatful he was on call and I would recommend him to anyone needing care. I am also thrilled to have just read that this facility will be closing and a brand new one is opening in 2027. I am beyond excited for this new hospital and will be happy my family will have this place to go to and the awesome staff to care for them. place is amazing, my dad was in ICU 2x last year for weeks and today was in ER for a bad fall.. the doctors, nurses, PT were so friendly and informative. only alive today because of the care of this hospital and i couldn't be more thankful for the staff here

I was on the 4th floor and this staff was superb! Sept 29 - October 9 was my stay and I didn't have a bad experience the entire time. They went out of their way to explain everything to me and my girlfriend. These men and women often times are treated very poorly by patients, but not one time did I ever see them be anything but kind. Great Job & thank you!
