This review is solely based on the appointment booking experience I had with Mrs. Brianna J.. she is by far the MOST professional/ empathetic person I've encountered thus far in Lehigh. She goes above and beyond to make sure you get an appointment and is so passionate about her job and role at thjs office. She followed up with me and even remembered who I was after only speaking once! That's remarkable and makes all the difference. I pray she gets all of the recognition she deserves and gets a bonus of some kind along with a much deserved promotion. Excellent doctor explained everything in detail and it's very nice I've used them before to have catheterization he did a great job no pain afterwards and I felt 100% better
Had a heart cath with Dr.Muppala , I felt worse then before I had it done. Had to go Back in a year later to have another one, he tells me there was blockages but he didn't unblock them. Now my heart is in bad shape only at 20% and I believe because he didn't do anything damaged my heart . He does not communicate with you very well. If you ask me he acts like he is better then you and doesn't care.
The most knowledgeable and caring doctor. He listens, evaluates, treats and makes sure you understand the problem, options and expectations. I would recommend him to everyone.
