I had an awesome experience! It was my first time and I was a little nervous because the doctor who I thought I would see wasn't there but the doctor who assisted me was very knowledgeable. He made me feel comfortable and listened to me and offered me great advice. I would be visiting there again. The ladies in the front desk were amazing. They all greeted me with smiles and assisted me professionally. When the lady checked me into the room she was amazing and made me feel very comfortable as well. Great first impression!

This is the best dr I've been to in my 50 years of life. This doctor took his time and was extremely thorough. He is very knowledgeable and it was a great experience going to the dr when I came here for my 1st visit looking for a primary care provider. I am so happy that I have indeed found my new primary care provider! The staff are friendly and helpful. I would give 10 stars if I could. If you are in Fort Lauderdale area and searching for a new fast yet thorough and efficient doctor with no wait time and comfortable office this is the place! My girlfriend was impressed too and has now switched her primary care dr to this doctor here at vanguard!

After my 4th bad experience with this awful place. I decided to go somewhere not trying to actively give me a heart attack. Front office people were condescending on the phone and gave me wrong information 2 different times wasted 2 days of work for me. And I never even got a diagnosis. The nurse who did my ultrasound was the only employee who was nice and treated me like she cared if I died. Find somewhere else to go. You time money and heart with thank you.

Rude staff and rude doctor who tries to push medication on you that you don't need. I forgot that you still have to wear a mask in Doctors Offices. When i got to reception to check-in i informed them of this and asked if they had any masks. The rude receptionist said no. But then 30 seconds later she gave me a mask out of a giant box of masks. The "nurse" wrote my vitals down in a composite notebook. Very shady...I only came here because my records are all here from Stat Medical Clinic who has since closed down. I walked out and will not return.

Twice I went into the office for my scheduled appointment and the RN was not in the office. Then I had two scheduled telemedicine appointments that the office also missed. I don't think there was ever a doctor in the office. This was covered by Oscar, but I would have been better paying out of pocket to go elsewhere. When I finally did see the RN it was a complete waste of time. Stay away.
