The care I received was always adequate at best. However, I'm extremely disappointed with the recent transition to the MDVIP program. While the added services may be valuable to some, the $3,000 annual fee makes continued care inaccessible for patients like myself. I had my physical earlier this year, with no medication changes and stable blood work. At that time, I was given a 6-month prescription. When I called for a refill, I was only provided a 1-month supply and told they wouldn't extend it unless I joined the MDVIP program. This feels unfair and punitive, especially since there's no medical reason to withhold the refill, and my insurance won't cover another physical so soon. It's disappointing to see patient care become secondary to a paywall. I understand physicians make changes to their practice model from time to time, but the way this was handled has left me feeling abandoned and undervalued as a former patient.

Dr. Savu & her staff have provided the most excellent medical care to myself and another family member with special needs for the past six years. I could not ask for more of their time, support, & understanding. With deep appreciation, always, Christa

The parking lot is very small and compact. After circling for parking and unfortunately getting to my appointment late due to not being able to find parking. I was met with rudeness and advised that I'm the reason they are now running behind. I was then told that the physician is now moving to a $200 consulting service and I was cutting into her money making time. I was there to get results from my blood work and had follow-up questions that I wanted to ask just for my own education. And I felt uncomfortable to even ask. I was referred to this doctor to be my primary and after my experience, they lack sympathy and empathy and you can tell it's more for a financial gain in this office than actually helping patients.

Outstanding service with Dr. Savu and Dr Fenton. Both these doctors are top of their field with respect to being very thorough, really listening to the patient and offering solutions or options along with in depth education on any issues you might be having. I have been under top docs care with my cancer the last two years and these two doctors are across the board as excellent as those doctors are. They are very compassionate also!!!

I had made this appointment over 3 weeks ago. Unfortunately the people at the front desk scheduled me for the wrong day for the particular office visit I was coming in for. Dr. Fenton was in the office but nor her or her staff honor the appointment even if it was a staff error. The staff and Dr were very we will make an exception and see you tomorrow. I explained to them I work and have a difficult schedule. Won't be going back
