I had an extremely unpleasant experience with a staff member named Shirley. I called to make an appointment for an EKG my doctor prescribed. Shirley repeatedly pressed me to explain why I needed it. I mentioned I was at work and unable to go into granular detail over the phone, but she was unwilling to accept that and continued pushing for more information. Her tone quickly became confrontational and condescending, which made the entire call uncomfortable and unprofessional. Patients should be treated with respect and understanding not interrogated when following their physician's instructions This experience left me very disappointed.
