Jasmin was very mean and unprofessional. There should be a better training for their receptionist to cater patients and potential clients. She's very mean and super unprofessional.

Dr. Shen and his staff had assisted my mother abd through a very difficult period. I was struggling to have my mother released from a hospital where she was not receiving the care that she needed. My mother was not conscious and was on a ventilator. Dr. Shen and his staff at Duxlink were there for me every step of our journey. When I needed help with outside agencies they all assisted me. The organization is very hands on. When I had an issue with a prescription at the pharmacy counter shortly before closing I was able to reach Dr. Shen without any issue, and he contacted the pharmacy and found a resolution. I could not have successfully cared for my mother without Duxlink by my side. This was a very difficult time for me and my mom. Thank you Dr. Shen, Anu, and all of the staff at Duxlink.

My nurse, Matilda is wonderful. She explained the blood pressure device to me, but it's been a while and I don't really remember what everything means. Unfortunately there was not much of a manual with the blood pressure device , So I need some help from you.

I have been seeing Michelle for a number of months for complex issues. She is kind, understanding, helpful, smart, and an innovative thinker. I would not hesitate to recommend her to somebody else.
