Patient
My husband is a patient of Dr. Osman. Several weeks ago his physicians assistant directed him to have a CTA (Computed Tomography Angiograph) fearing he had a heart blockage. A week and a half ago he had the CTA and got the report that afternoon. It reported a 50-60 % blockage of the LAD (Left Anterior Descending) artery. Concerned he called and left a voice mail message for the office to contact him. That was on a Wednesday. He was finally called the following Tuesday after calling again and leaving another voice mail message. I n that call he was told that they needed more information on the CTA and it takes two day to get. He was told that he would get a call on Thursday, even if they had not gotten the requested information. No call came. So now it has been 10 days since the CTA and no one from Dr. Osman's office has called him to discuss the report and necessary follow-up. He won't say it but he is disappointed with the office and not feeling valued as a patient. He is thinking the blockage must not be significant since they did not call to discuss. He is just gong to wait until his scheduled next appointment in October. And I am worried sick that he might have a heart attack from the blockage.
