Cypress Urgent Care: I went in with an open wound, trying desperately to hide that I was in shock. The level of care, patience, skill and professionalism is unlike anything I've EVER experienced. From the front desk to the nurses and Dr. Thompson (wow, suture queen). You can tell this team respects patients because of their obvious respect for each other.
Everyone was helpful and attentive to all my concerns and appointment goals. Nurse Nikki W. Was very thorough and professional. Will recommend 10/10 for cleanliness, professionalism, wait time, and efficacy.
The staff is professional, friendly and expresses genuine concern for the patient. Josee in particular is my lifeline to gathering whatever is needed for my care. Referrals, appointments and liaison with the office of specialist physicians. Dr Saint-Fort listens and responds calmly to my concerns and speaks clearly as to the solutions he prescribes for my best care. I highly recommend Associates MD.
