Ascension St. Vincent's Cardiology - Fernandina

My entire experience was very positive, they were very thorough, and easy to communicate with. The office is very neat, clean, comfortable, and modern. It was impressive, but not nearly as impressive as the staff. Truly, every single staff member was highly professional, and went above and beyond. The doctor actually read my very lengthy file, including all of my very detailed history, and he came in knowing exactly why I was there. He was genuinely interested in my feedback, and concerns, and took it all into consideration when deciding how to proceed. Regardless of the nature of our interaction, each staff member was the right amount of cheerful, genuine, helpful, and just easy to communicate with. I've had experience with many of the departments in that hospital, and the cardiology department is hands down the most well-run.

The procedures went smoothly. I was treated well both preop and postop. Nursing and administrative staff were very helpful and explained things well. The also made my wife comfortable during the procedures.

Everyone there is nice and the check in is easy. The one thing that drives you crazy is the constant texts, emails, and phone calls easily without exaggeration 30 or more sometimes 3-4 per day. I have confirmed 3 times I'm going to be there Give me a break

Ms Charli I'd the best physician I've ever had. In my first meeting with her for a 30 min visit and she stayed with me for two hours an hour and a half Asher her shift was over. She's very thorough and legitimately cares for her patients. Where she goes, so will i.
