I am extremely disappointed with the lack of organization and communication in this office. The staff is uninformed and unreliable--they promised to obtain my mother's medical records but failed to do so, resulting in her being unable to proceed with necessary tests at her appointment. My mother, who recently suffered a heart attack and requires urgent care, was rescheduled for four months later, despite needing a procedure within three months. The staff is inattentive, the doctor seems disengaged, and the overall experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. A cardiology office should prioritize patient care, but this one lacks empathy and efficiency. Instead of reassurance, patients leave feeling more stressed. I do not recommend this office.
