Dr. Zelcer was cardiologist on call at Delray Medical when I went to Emergency Room. My test were sent to him by Er doctor. He came in immediately on a Friday night and performed a life saving procedure. His aftercare was amazing and he truly stuck up for his patient ( me) when another doctor started to do something wrong! Dr. Zelcer was amazing to my husband and son and explained everything to us with perfect analogies instead of just big medical words! His personality is serious about your health but also has some great jokes. I have complete trust in him to take care of my heart and everything involved with it! I and my family will be forever grateful he was in call that night.

No bedside manner, no follow up, treats employees horribly, making patients uncomfortable. Also treats family of patients with arrogance and dismissive attitude. Records charting in the hallways, no regard for privacy laws. Although seemingly extremely intelligent, he is opinionated, stubborn and just plain rude. I believe he is his own worst enemy. Avoid if possible.

We cannot comment on the doctors. When we called to schedule an appointment the woman who answered the phone was so rude, uncaring, abrupt, and impatient, that we opted for a different office. We asked the woman her name and she identified herself as Miriam. Such a disappointment that Miriam, working in a medical office, showed no kindness, courtesy, patience, or caring for a potential patient.
