I am writing this for a dear friend of mine Denise She is a customer of mine where I work and she came in the other night and she was visibly upset and almost in tears. Denise proceeded to tell me she went to Dr Carillo and not only was his staff rude to her but so was Dr Carillo. He told her that he has heard from other doctors that she is hard to like. She is 73 years old and was treated very poorly and felt more like she was bothering him. He showed no empathy or compassion for her. I saw her hours after her visit with him and she was so sad because she was spoken to so bad that she will not be going back to this doctor. Denise is a very sweet person and she didn't deserve that. Sometimes bed side manner is better then the medicine prescribed.

What a waste of time. I waited forever for my appointment, and after more than an hour of sitting in the waiting room, I still never saw the doctor. No explanation, no apology, nothing. If this is how they treat patients before you even meet the doctor, I can't imagine the actual care. Absolutely unacceptable. Not to mention I spent hours doing tests in 2 different appointments. Ridiculous!

Dr. Carillo has been a good doctor for my mother until now. Seems like his empathy and professionalism is dwindling so patients beware before choosing him for your doctor. Never in my life have I heard of a doctor speak to their patient, an elderly woman, in this way telling in her face that I DONT CARE! I don't care about you or what you do. We were only trying to ask him to revise her medications or dosages as they were making her feel very bad and faint. Needless to say that is my last appt with this doctor. Plus this office is many times overbooked which may be another reason he doesn't care to lose a patient.
