I saw Dr. Zhang for the first time and had an absolutely outstanding experience. She is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and takes her time to truly listen and explain everything in detail. It's rare to find a physician who is both highly skilled and genuinely compassionate, and she exceeded my expectations in every way. Her nurse Carmen was excellent as well!
Her front desk staff Nicole and Virginia were equally excellent--welcoming, efficient, and very professional from the moment I walked in. The entire office runs smoothly and makes you feel cared for and comfortable.

In and out. Everyone was punctual however they still listened to my list of complaints, including Dr. Zhang. Dr. Zhang seems to have a wide range of knowledge on many topics. Nicole was extremely helpful getting my insurance verified and helped me schedule as soon as possible. My first visit went well. I'm forgetting the name of the MA that helped me and the young lady at check out but they were also exceptional people.
