Was referred to Dr. Kleinman by NYU Cardiology for Atrial Flutter correction. Very nice Doctor, explained everything, setup for procedure was simple, and was personally involved in the Hospital when I needed to have my Gallbladder removed first and postponed the Atrial Flutter procedure out of caution until healed. Had the Procedure in June, smooth as silk, very quick procedure, no issues, terrific OR staff as well. Overall, I definitely recommend Dr. Kleinman and the staff.
My experience with this provider was very disappointing. The doctor was dismissive and combative throughout the visit. Rather than engaging in a collaborative discussion, they quickly brushed off my concerns and redirected the conversation in an unhelpful way. The doctor even further went to mention medications that would further increase Heart Rate and Blood Pressure when my primary symptoms were primarily Tachycardia and Hypertension. When I asked about specific diagnostic testing and requested the tilt table study be performed at a different facility, I was told, "Find another practice to treat you." This response felt unprofessional and left me without confidence in their willingness to thoroughly evaluate or accommodate reasonable patient needs. Patients deserve to be heard and treated with respect -- unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
I cannot sing his praises enough. Dr. Kleinman is a very talented electrophysiologist. He made sure my husband's sleep Apnia was under control before he would do any procedure. It took months, with many Afib episodes. Once the procedure was done the Afib completely stopped. Dr. Kleinman also has compassion and is a pleasure to speak with, because he listens. PS / the office is efficient and friendly.
Dr Kleinman is a very experienced and expert Doctor. After a long search, my family was recommended Dr. Kleinman and we finally were able to treat a very long battle with my father's arrhythmia. Thank You Dr. Kleinman.
