Dr Carida saved my husband's life last week. Swiftly and competently he repaired a 90 percent block in his Lad coronary artery. There have been no complications. I had a very scary experience in December, 2022 when I found out, through a routine heart scan that I had blockages in my heart so severe that they are called "the widow maker(s)". On very short notice, Dr. Carida implanted two stents in my heart and has now followed up FIVE times in the past six months with me personally. This man not only is a great cardiologist and exhibits the very best professionalism we all expect from a doctor, but has a great bedside manner, is genuinely friendly, truly cares about his patients (or me), and is an absolute pleasure to go to see. I'm 65 years old and now that I'm getting up there I have begun to see a number of different specialists, perhaps 4 or 5, and have never had the positive experiences with them as I have had with Dr. Carida, except for a GP that he referred me to. If you have the luck of getting to see Dr. Carida, consider yourself very fortunate. I trust him with my life...literally.
Outstanding Cardiologist and staff!! Dr Carida has been my cardiologist for over ten years. I recently needed cardiac clearance for a short fused surgery and they fit me in the next day and made it happen! Caring, friendly, professional and efficient staff coupled with a superb physician!!
I recently went in for a nuclear stress test. I found the staff very attentive and caring when I had a negative reaction to the test. I was nauseous and my BP was very high. They immediately ended the test and made sure I ate something and drank water. One of the technicians stayed with me the entire time until my BP returned to normal and I was no longer dizzy or nauseous. Dr. Carida was in the next room at all times and immediately responded when I began feeling ill.
