I like Dr. Hecht well enough, but there is no way, that I can see, to leave a message. Their answering service won't take a non-emergency message, and the website listed on their on-line site is for Alabama and Mississippi. This is very inconvenient. I had to update my review for this doctor, because he told me that he could act as my mom's primary doctor. My mom has COPD, and ended up in the hospital. I called their office to inquire what her last oxygen reading was and was a informed that they don't take oxygen readings at their office. My mother has COPD, and the doctor said he could act as her primary doctor, but your office doesn't take oxygen readings. Unacceptable!
