Worst doctors office I have ever experienced in my life. Call several times every single week, waiting for a doctor to sign a piece of paper so I can get my CPAP medical device. Always a hassle every time I call to get an update on anything. They put you on hold every time you call and eventually hang up. When you actually go see the doctor by appointment time you have to wait forever. Then they bring you inside the room to wait for the doctor and you wait another 45 minutes. The doctor himself is useless, he tells you the obvious things you don't need to hear. You literally have to tell him what to do for what you need and he takes forever like as if he is doing it intentionally to take forever to sign orders for studies you have to pay out of pocket for and to get medical equipment you need for your health and well being. The office girls barely speak English that work there and just relax all the time without a worry in the world to get you anything you need. I will be changing doctors and filing a complaint to my insurance company about them. I really don't feel like taking the time to do that just like I am writing this review but these people clearly don't take their job serious and deserve it. I hope whoever reads this review will think otherwise by not using this office for their primary care doctor.

Our appointment was at 3pm. We arrived 15 minutes early like they asked. We just got the CarePlus plan and they wanted us to go here to get our son's physical started. (Special Needs) The paperwork we filled out had absolutely no questions about our son's past medical history. Strange?? We were called back to the room at 3:00 pm .. Nice. She asked us a few medical questions about him and said the doctor is going to be in to see you in about 25 minutes. We said OK, no problem. We understand that sometimes there's issues.. 45 mins went by and we decided to open the door because we felt stuffy in the room and we were hoping maybe to hear from someone. :/ We heard people laughing and we looked out and seen the nurses drinking coffee and joking around . Then we heard a lady in the next room asking the nurse " Do you know when I will be able to see the doctor, I've been waiting in here for an hour " my husband, and I looked at each other and thought, oh great! We kept the door open and the nurse and even the doctors walked past the room, not one acknowledged us to let us know how much longer or what was going on, or something.. We felt was pretty rude. Now it's 4:30 PM and we decided we were just going to leave. An hour and a half was just too long. Time to go.. The whole place seemed unprofessional from the beginning, including the lady at the front desk.. When we walked out, the parking lot had one vehicle and nobody in the waiting room. We were confused, shocked and did not understand what the problem was.. This place was so unprofessional and lack of communication. My husband and I left our jobs so we could take our son here. Waste of time and money on our behalf.. ugh! I'm going to call CarePlus today and let them know about our experience. We highly recommend that you do not to go here and to search for a place that is professional and cares about you.. BECAUSE this is not the place.

Do not go here. I had a terrible experience. First had to wait a long time after I came at my schedule appointment time by about 30 minutes. No one was at the front desk and they were just walking around relaxing. When I finally did get in I was waiting another almost 30 minutes for the doctor to come in and when he did and I bring up serious personal issues he kind of just looked at me with zero concern almost scoffing like he didn't believe me. This was supposed to be a regular annual physical as well that would normally be a free visit under insurance and they ended up charging it under something different and kept wanting me to pay $40 out of pocket for no reason other than for them to get extra money for something that's supposed to be free. There are way better places to go for health care and I would never suggest someone come here I couldn't find a single redeeming quality

My husband had a follow up lab work appointment at 3:45... didn't get seen until 5PM... absolutely ridiculous. He will not be going again!!!! Avoid at all cost!!!

I am so sick and tired of the lack of responsibility, response and care you get from these offices affiliated with Innovacare. My experience with this practice from the beginning was horrible. Scheduling issues that left my head scratching as I use to be in the field and did both. Clinical and administrative and I could never do things half ass backwards as these locations. I continued to go to the Altamonte location because I needed a GOOD Dr. and we all know they're hard to find. So now my Dr (Dr. Sara colon) has left the practice ( I wonder why) and they switched me to Dr. Melvin Rivera out of debary because I need to see an internal medicine Dr due to all my health issues. Prior to Dr. colon leaving she orders am MRI which was denied because the practice never sent the documents my insurance was asking for. I call on a Wednesday speak to a gentleman and he tells me that they are working on the appeal and it should be done by that afternoon or Thursday and I'll get a call back. Well well well, here is Monday no phone call updating me on the appeal. I call the Altamonte location and speak to a rose who tells me the same BS as the gentleman from Wednesday and says that she is speaking to the lead MA Rubin and he is going to get it done! She said they have to send it to Dr Melvin Rivera. Lol. This will never get done! I pray I don't have anything severely wrong because that will be on this practice due to their negligence!! Please avoid them at all costs! Will be looking for another physician in the mean time unfortunately again!!!
