Florida Health Care Plans - EHCC

Very nice staff from the time I entered the facility, until the time I left. Everyone I made contact with was very nice. The doctor Daniel in the urgent care was very understanding and took the time to listen to my complaints that brought me there. She understood and did more help for me than anyone has done in a long while. Not to mention the past 2 years I did not have Florida health care. I just got them back. Nd I am never disappointed. Very nice beside manners and I was treated with respect. I wish that she could be a primary care doctor she is a real asset to this company. She is awesome. Ps: maybe consider her for a raise she really goes above and beyond for her patients.

Dr Jeff Friedman attended me and my 1 y/o yesterday at the urgent care clinic. He was very attentive and compassionate about my child. Reassured me as well in his care. I have been here multiple times as well with my 8 y/o daughter, who seems to catch every bug at school and other providers like Jessica Huckaby APRN, has been very helpful and supportive. Overall great care!

After a week with no improvements my husband decided to go back to extended care today in Daytona. Excellent care once again by the entire staff. As a plus he was treated by his soon to be new family doctor, Dr. Clark. What a pleasant surprise!

The lady at the Front desk Mary Ann was so rude. I dropped my sister off to be seen tonight and asked Mary Ann which door would be open when I come back to get her she asked me why like I was bothering her and I shouldn't ask. She also was talking to me like I'm a child saying I shouldn't be gone long they close at 7pm like I didn't know I told her I know that. She needs to learn customer service everyone else was so nice and Mr. Keith was so nice and helpful to my sister.
