I have been a patient of Dr Arab's for over 10 years. I primarily saw him for my yearly checkups. I have recommended him to several of my friends and they all love him! Recently, I had a heart issue and Dr Arab took immediate action, and I truly believe he saved my life. If you are looking for an excellent cardiologist, all I can say is that he is amazing! Dr. ARob himself is five star-But his office staff are one If you ever expect anyone to pick up the phone do not do business here-I have been trying for three days now to just get a refill on a blood thinner for my mom with little to no response and still as of today no refill. No one ever calls you back and communicates It just is a shame that this is what healthcare has come to when you pay the kind of money you do for your care. I hate posting a review like this because the doctor is very good, but he must realize his office staff is an extension of him and a reflection of his service What he currently has is just not acceptable and very frustrating
Everyone goes out of their way to be pleasant, helpful and they do not rush you Dr Arab is fantastic. He listens and he explains that's unusual. They're wonderful.
