Mohamed Osman, MD

Like all the Dr. reviews, he's a great Doctor but unfortunately his incompetence staff is unbelievable, no customer service at all , super low graded people , don't care for their patients , just to get a refill is like mission impossible, never answer the phone, I'm just so upset, just because doctor is so GREAT! He needs to revaluate and replace for new professional staff with customer service experience!!!!!!

Dr. Mohamed Osman has been my cardiologist for several years. I've had others but I'm so grateful I found him; so much so that I have followed him from another group to his private practice. He doesn't simply prescribe medications, he develops a plan that includes nutrition & exercise. Dr. Osman is thorough and ever so kind, has excellent bedside manners, and seems to genuinely care. I've always preferred prevention over intervention, but when interventional care is necessary, this is the medical expert you want leading the team! The office has state-of-the-art technologies where ultrasounds, dopplers, stress tests and other exams can be done without having to go to an imaging center. As far as his staff, we know that health-care pros who work with physicians can make the difference on whether you remain with that doctor or seek another. I love his staff! They are kind, courteous, caring and professional. If looking for a cardiologist, I highly encourage you to consider Dr. Mohamed Osman and his team.

Dr. Osma is really nice and seems he cares about his patients. Unfortunately his office is not as efficient as him. Getting in contact with them is an impossible mission, you have to call several times, they leave you on hold... I needed a refill for one of my blood pressure medications, after finally getting in contact with them they NEVER send my prescription refill, fortunately I work for an Ophthalmologist office and he helped me filling this medication for me in the mean time.

If it was possible to leave less than 1 star i would. He replaced the valve in my husband's heart, and it killed him. His Salesperson Karen assured me that all the necessary tests were taken to make the Heart Valve a complete success! After numerous days in the hospital with CT scans with Contrast it was determined he would be GREAT! after the surgery. He had a bad Gallbladder and diseased Kidneys. He passed away a little over a month later. Dr. Osmans office failed to do his Echocardiogram on time. I got a call from Karen after he was in Hospice for 2days. He suffered a major Stroke from the poison in his Kidneys due to the Valve replacement. Dr. Osman and his team are only in it for the $$$$$ Stay away or get 3 other opinions.

I love to come to see Dr. Osman. He is kind and reassuring. He has a great bedside manner.
