Conviva Senior Primary Care

After finding out that Dr. Korn would no longer be my doctor and having to start over I was a little apprehensive and scared to start again with someone new. But after my appointment today with the nurse practitioner Tady who I saw once before a long time ago I have to say that she was so very wonderful, welcoming, and transparent. She also took her time with me and was very compassionate. I just want to take this opportunity to thank her for her kindness. What a wonderful experience.

I am a patient here and I love the care that I receive from the doctor and the staff. Rachael is a great activity coordinator she is always checking on the people and always taking care of everyone, she does a good job planning the activities and events. Christian always has a beautiful smile and always is always attentive. Kenia is a well organized office manager. Esperanza, is always helping with a smile and I feel good when I am with her. Carlos, is attentive, intelligent and always makes sure to follow up with me after my visits

Love the Physicians and the PA in this office! I have to say everyone in this office is wonderful. On my visit today with Tady her assistant Carlos was so kind and so personable. I was treated with such respect and kindness. When it was time to check out Esperanza took great care with me setting up follow up appointments. She was so pleasant. It says alot about a practice when everyone you deal with treats you like family and they are happy to see you. I always recommend this office when someone asks who's your Doctor.

I have been a patient here for a while and have enjoyed the care here. Everyone is kind. I have even attended fitness classes in the activity center with Rachael and she was very good. Rachael always makes sure to invite me to the upcoming events! Amanda and Esperanza are very efficient when it comes to handling my referrals. Chris does a great job drawing blood and it never hurts.

I had to take a moment to do this review. The staff at Conviva of Davie Florida are amazing. I have never been treated as professional and understanding of my issues when I come to see my doctor. From the moment you check in Esperanza is such a welcoming person, very hard to find someone who loves her job so much. She is a people person for sure. My doctor Tady Garcia is in a class of her own she actually is interested in your wellbeing. She takes the time to ask you questions she is very thorough in her exams and makes you feel very comfortable. All my visits with Doctor Tady Garcia have ended in good results. Very happy with the folks in the Conviva Davie office.
