Took a family member here. I am not commenting on the staff or the Doctors. I will comment on the cleanliness of the office. It is so dusty ! There are finger marks from the dust on the soap dispenser in the bath room. There is a cart in there with a plastic tray that is disgusting I do think that is very sad. A clean doctors office is essential in my book

Trying to talk to someone on the phone other than for an appointment is futile. Nobody is available to answer the phone, and nobody will call you back when you leave a message. The practice administrator's extension is always full and you can't even leave a message to complain about not getting a call back. I do have to praise the Stress Test Technician. He was very compassionate and caring when he performed my test at this location. The rest of the staff appear to be overwhelmed and/or uninterested in the patient's time and comfort.

The office staff is absolutely terrible. They do not greet you with a smile or a hello, just instruct you to sign in and have a seat. They called me to make an appointment for an opening they had. I could not make the offered appointment time, so they scheduled me for another time. I informed them months in advance of my insurance company changing in the new year, I even reminded them when they called me. I showed up for my scheduled appointment time and they had zero record of it and no idea with whom I spoke with. Very frustrating and a huge waste of my time since they could not fit me in. This will be the second instance of the office staff loosing our appointment times. The first time it happened to my husband who was scheduled with the other doctor. They also instructed me that I could not have my procedure done until I have new office visits and scans completed for the new insurance company. I'm not sure why they wouldn't have told me that months ago when I informed them of the insurance change. Such a waste of my time and energy. Dr. Randy is a very competent and knowledgeable doctor and I hope he figures out his office staff. Not sure I would recommend their office solely due to the front office staff.

Front desk Employees are amazing, very patient and kind, very busy clinic but nurses and front desk does an amazing job! Had a great experience with a nice young lady at front by the name Jennifer. I do recommend Dr. Sabbota, very good at what he does.

We love Dr Gould, Kendra, and the entire Staff here. Very knowledgeable, compassionate, and respectful of each Patient's/Visitor's situation. There was a little wait today but, that's not the norm. Thanks to the Staff for your attention and Care!
