I want to take a moment to sincerely thank Leah Marshall at Pro Health Labs Plus Medical Care in Crestview, Florida. From the moment I walked in, Leah treated me with such warmth, care, and genuine concern--it felt like being cared for by a loving family member. I had actually driven to the clinic the day before but wasn't able to be seen, and Leah not only remembered me, but took that into account with a sense of urgency that truly touched me. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and she did it all with a sweet, motherly kindness that instantly made me feel at ease and valued. It's rare to encounter someone so compassionate in healthcare, someone who not only listens but makes you feel seen and heard. Leah was a true blessing, and her presence made all the difference in my experience. Thank you, Leah--you are a shining light at Pro Health and your kindness won't be forgotten.

I had to have some bloodwork done for my doctor and Leah was exceptional. Usually I am very hard to draw from and will stress out and have panic attacks. But Leah was amazing and was able to get me the very first stick and then it was over.

I visited pro health several months back. Leah is the lab attendant and is excellent.Her service was exceptional. She made me feel 100% comfortable and got the job done in one go! I highly recommend and will come back in the future. I had an issue she was very understanding. I needed to drink more water which was None in the lobby and she wound up giving me her own water to help me.

This place is absolutely RIDICULOUS!!!!First of all what business only stays open until 12:30 everyday!!?? Second of all what drug screen business doesn't have water to drink so you CAN pee!!?? Thirdly the older lady that works here is EXTREMELY RUDE!!! She needs to learn some manners on how to talk to customers and needs to treat customers with RESPECT!!!! You businesses in Crestview need to start sending your new hires to Labcorp because they are PROFESSIONAL,have water available and they aren't disrespectful to their customer's!! DO BETTER OR CLOSE YOUR DOORS PERMANENTLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
