The ladies at the sleep study center were absolutely fantastic! Abby was especially great -- she was personable, funny, and made me feel completely comfortable during my stay. The facility was very clean, and I appreciated having a TV in the room, which helped me relax. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by how well I slept! My only minor complaint is that the mattress could have been a bit more comfortable. *Side note: the green pillow (in the photo) is mine! They let you bring your own pillow & blanket if you'd like, which is awesome. *And here's a helpful tip -- when it comes to the goopy stuff they put in your hair, use the hottest water you can stand to wash it out. Trust me, you'll thank me later!

Definitely have made a big improvement. The staff was amazing. They were kind, helpful, always smiling which made my stay a lot more comfortable. Awesome job and high five to each and every one of you. The neurologist was very thorough and took time to explain and inform me of my condition and answer any questions I had. He is an amazing Dr. I want to thank him and the staff for their time and courtesy.

From signing in to signing out all personnel were were friendly, courteous and concerned. The doctor was very impressive, she met me up front while getting my blood pressure to see what was going on. She immediately got me back to a room where the tech was right on top of things. The nurse Matt was exceptional. He was able stick me the first time which is unusual, great job! Labs where taken and then an ultrasound was performed shortly thereafter. When the results came back the doctor informed my daughter and I with good news. She then prescribed a medicated wrap that the ER didn't have but was able to locate it somewhere in the hospital, she really went the extra mile. She explained everything in detail which really impressed my daughter who is knowledgeable of medical issues. I wish to thank the staff for their care and concern the professionalism.

I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Gretchen rn, Nancy rn and Toni echo tech when I was having heart problems. They were the nicest, friendliest people I could have asked for. Everything came out great thanks to them and Dr Ian Weisberg. I would like to say thank you everyone for taking care of me. Great hospital with great staff!

Nurita the nurse and Marla the tech, med surg floor: amazeballs. Leah was kind, tad dismissive. Andrea was kind. My nite shift tech, I asked for help putting on sequential pump and she wasn't listening. I spoke clearly and directly to her. All of the ER staff was amazing and massive shout out to the young ladies in the radiology dept. Yall are too cool for this facility. The Dollar General version of Tom Berenger I met with for 7 mins around 7pm. Joked I was a ghost, listened to my lungs and left room. I don't know what policy is but every time I've been a unit clerk in previous facilities, we ensured that menus were available upon ADMITTANCE. That the room was ready, it was not. Upon discharge, I explained to Leah this and was dismissed with well you can eat at home, I'm discharging you. Ok, cool but here's the thing. I got an unchosen regular diet lunch, as most of the meals I was given was UNCHOSEN well before she discharged me and said then I'm complaining about it. Dismissed n discharged. If I didn't need the treatment I needed or if it wasn't as critical I would have even came to this facility. And I freaking work here.
